New Wines!
We’ll be introducing new wines in the next couple of weeks. We’ve got a sweet and a tart cranberry wine, and a cranberry apple wine. We sourced the cranberries from a bog near Springbrook, and the apples come from Bayfield. We’re also introducing two meads - a white pyment and a red pyment. What’s a pyment? An old term for wine made from a combination of grapes and honey. We sourced the grapes from a vineyard near Shell Lake, and the honey from Rhinelander and Hayward. So all of these wines are produced from ingredients grown and harvested in Wisconsin. We’ve also be introducing some new, small-batch ciders! Stop in and give them a try!
