New Wines, Ciders and Meads!

New Wines

We’ll be adding three new reds by the end of May. We’re just putting the final touches on them. They include: Lac Courtes Orielles Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabin Red Wine Blend, and Footsteps Old Vine Zin. For white wine, we’re releasing a Days of Wine and Roses Moscato. Look for that at the end of May as well.

New Ciders

We’re working on Hop to It, a brut hopped apple cider. Think dry and tart, with a slight hop bitterness and aroma. Perfect for those who like to get busy on a low-sugar diet. And we just purchased a brite tank, so we should have Snozzberry, Dreamsickle and Cranberry Kiss available in bottles by the end of April.

New Meads

We made a delicious Sour Cherry mead. It’s boozy, coming in at just under 13.5% ABV, but it goes down smooth and refreshing. If you like cherries, you’ll love this.

We also added two hydromels, or session meads, for those who like honey wine, but want to be able to enjoy a couple glasses without getting tipsy. We’ve got blackberry and blueberry versions. Both are lightly sweet and lightly carbonated, with a hint of berry and honey goodness.
